Table Lamp by Cosack Leuchten, White, Germany, 1950s
Regular price$2,200.00 Sale priceImported from Germany, a mid-century 1950s lamp long attributed to Louis Kalff and now known to be Cosack Leuchten.
3 available. Price per lamp.
The white metal shade with its biomorphic, organic form has an angelic trumpet like shape and its original crepe textured paint. This shade combined with the two prong foot at the end of the elegant brass tube neck, the entire piece has an anthropomorphic feel.
We have three of these lamps currently available. Together or singularly, they are functional art furniture from another time. These pieces have been professionally rewired with American candelabra base sockets (e12) and a 6ft white nylon wrapped cord.
The cast of the light when the table lamp is lit is wide, and gives off a beautiful half orb pattern around it. Adjustable shade allows multiple light orientations.
